Steve Warner

Steve joined RGB in 1998 as Sales & Marketing Manager. He has his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. His background includes over two decades of service in sales and marketing within the Computer Industry. Steve and Jeff worked together on a number of projects at RGB Network services, ensuring that their customized solutions would fully met both the technical and business needs of each unique client.
 


Frank D. DeStefano

Frank has been directly involved in the domestic and global sides of the transportation industry for the past 20 years with extensive experience in quality control, human resources, labor issues and conflict resolution. Prior to his retirement from FedEx in 2003 Frank had received dozens of outstanding leadership awards including the most prestigious award FedEx bestows for recognition of operational leadership and superior performance, the Five Star Award. Frank has successfully led a number of existing and start-up operations in metropolitan areas and also has been directly involved with remote island operations with similar success. He currently manages the CapeLight Team's Real Estate Services and Property Management divisions. Frank is involved in many community organizations, and sits on various committee boards.
 


David W. Skinner

David has had three very successful and unique careers; as an analytical chemist, as an Internet entrepreneur, and most recently, as a business and patent attorney. David holds degrees in both chemistry and law. David was a key figure in the success of the Xensei Corporation, becoming a full partner with Jeff in 1996, just a few years after Jeff founded the company. David has worked closely with Jeff on a tremendous number of projects, and provided a key roll in administering the business aspects of the Xensei Corporation, allowing Jeff to focus his expertise in the company's highly technical infrastructure and product line.
 


Pat and Sue Traynor

Pat and Sue Traynor are the proprietors of Page Crafters (www.page-crafters.com), a web site design firm specializing in high-end web site design for small to medium sized businesses. Page Crafters also offers web site hosting to their clients, via a dedicated web server co-located at a regional hosting center. Page Crafters was a long time customer of the Xensei Corporation under Jeff's management, and since leaving Xensei, Jeff has continued to act as a system administrator, security advisor, and technical consultant for the Traynors on a part-time basis.

He currently resides in Wilmington, North Carolina and is providing services to the area as a freelance computer consultant.
